Visitors page redesigned

The Visitors page now opens with how many people your agents are reaching and how that is changing, and the list below says more about each visit.

The Visitors page: agent chips and filters above unique visitors, median interactions, median duration and CTA clicks, then a stacked chart of unique visitors per day with a legend naming each agent

Four numbers with their trend. Unique visitors, median interactions per visitor, median duration per visitor and CTA clicks. Each one is compared with the week before, or with the preceding period of the same length when you pick a date range.

Unique visitors by agent. A bar per day, week or month, split by the agent each visitor spoke to. It runs from your first visit to your last, unless you pick a date range.

Filter by agent, duration and outcome. Chips scope the page to the agents you pick. The engagement filter is replaced by an outcomes filter, so you can find everyone who had a particular outcome, such as a booked meeting, and a duration filter covers how long visitors stayed. The filters apply to the numbers, the chart and the list together; the search box narrows the list alone.

More on every row. How long the visitor spent with your agents, their outcomes, and which agents they used, with the number of sessions they had with each.

A time period that decides what the numbers count. Picking a date range used to choose which visitors appeared, while their numbers stayed lifetime totals. It now also decides which sessions those numbers describe. Leave it on All time for lifetime totals.

A visitor's page leads with who they are. Each visitor page is titled with their email address, and everything your agents collected about them is laid out in a grid.

Improvements to data fields

Data fields now hold just a name, format and options. Everything about how an agent uses a field lives on that agent, and the Data fields page has a new design. Email and Website are included by default, ready for every agent to use. You still choose which…

Pass visitor details along with your links

Link actions and CTAs can now carry what the agent has learned about the visitor. Map any of your data fields or UTM values to a URL parameter, and the link opens with those values already filled in. A booking page that reads the visitor's email from the URL…

Your agent looks inside your product while it is generated

When you connect your product while creating a demo agent, generation now signs in with that access and looks around before writing the agent. The agent knows what is actually there. Generation opens your product with the shared login, reads the landing…

Connect your product while creating a demo agent

Generating a demo agent now asks how the agent should sign in to your product, right after you choose to generate it. Pick an existing access method or add one. Shared email & password and magic link logins can be set up in the same flow, one field at a…

Filter sessions by visitor messages

You can now filter any agent's Overview to show only sessions with at least one visitor message. Open Interactions and turn on Exclude 0-message sessions to apply the same filter to your statistics, charts, session list, and CSV export. Leave it off to keep…

A second call to action for demo agents

Demo agents can now show two always-visible calls to action instead of one. Add a second link next to your primary CTA, for example "Start free trial" beside "Book a demo", and visitors see both throughout the session and on the finished screen. The second…

Connections and automations, redesigned

We rebuilt the Data & connections area so it is clear what each app does, what happens after you connect it, and when your automations actually run. See what's connected at a glance. The Connections tab now separates your connected apps from the ones you…

Page-specific initial suggestions

Q&A agents can now open with suggestions that match the page the visitor is on. Someone reading your pricing page sees pricing questions, someone in your docs sees getting-started questions, and everywhere else the default set applies. How it works: The…

Localisation overhaul

Agents can now run in more than one language, using content you write yourself instead of machine-translated English. We first added languages to individual features: the agent's replies, then the chat interface, then vocabulary. Over time it became clear…

Replay your demo sessions

You can now watch a full replay of any demo session. Open a session in the backoffice and press play to see exactly what your visitor saw and heard: the product walkthrough, the assets and calls to action your agent surfaced, and both sides of the…

Sync demo leads into Pipedrive

Handhold now connects to Pipedrive. When a finished session matches one of your automations, Handhold creates the lead as a person in Pipedrive with the details the agent collected and logs the conversation on that person's timeline. Pipedrive is the second…

Inbound Q&A agents can now open with a message you write. Set it under Knowledge & Content on the agent's page, in every language the agent offers. When a visitor clicks into the chat input, the panel opens with your message before they have typed anything…
