Voice-to-voice demos (preview)

We're thrilled to announce that Handhold demos now support live voice-to-voice conversations. Your prospects can talk directly to your AI demo agent, and it talks back, naturally, in real time.

Instead of typing, visitors just speak. The agent listens, responds verbally, walks through your assets, asks qualification questions, and runs the full demo, all through natural conversation. It feels like talking to a real sales rep.

This is an early preview. Some features that work in text mode are not yet supported in voice. We're actively closing these gaps.

How to enable it right now

There are two ways depending on your integration:

Button snippet. Pass modality: 'VOICE' when calling openDemo:

Iframe embed. Add &modality=voice to your iframe src:

Make sure to include microphone in the iframe's allow attribute.

What's coming next

We're actively working on:

• Custom voices: matching the voice to your brand personality
• More languages: expanding beyond English, so our multilingual customers can roll this out
• Default experience: once we've ironed out the remaining kinks, voice will become the default modality across all Demo agents

We believe voice is the future of interactive demos, and we're moving fast to make it the standard Handhold experience.
