We're building agents that live inside products, explaining, demoing, and onboarding so complex software can sell itself.

What we do
B2B software typically follows one of two growth patterns:
- Product-led growth: driving traffic to a self-serve product that infiltrates organizations organically. Slack is a good example of this. This scales really well, but isn't effective for more complex products with multiple use cases & buyers.
- Sales-led growth: relying on a team of folks to find customers, explain the value of the product to them and help them succeed with it. Works well, but gets expensive as you scale. Each customer needs to be worth a lot of revenue for this approach to make sense.
We believe a third option will emerge, Agent-led growth.
Agents that live inside your product, explain and demo them to potential customers and help them onboard. A journey tailored to every buyer and available whenever they have time.
If we're successful a couple of things will happen:
- No more 15 minute intro calls with junior reps, get the info you need when you need it
- New kinds of software businesses become viable: complex products that weren't able to run a self-serve motion before, now can
- Purchasing software becomes easy and… fun?
Progress
We launched our product last fall and went from zero to paying customers in a couple of months. We're a small team (six people right now), but growing fast and already working with major companies like Aikido & Agorapulse.
In April 2026 we announced a €3M seed round led by Entourage Capital, with Inovia Capital, e2vc, and angel investors including Bolt founder Markus Villig, Wise CTO Harsh Sinha, Veriff co-founder Janer Gorohhov, and former Twilio CTO Ott Kaukver.
Location
We generally work in person in our office in Krulli, Tallinn, with some folks remote from London and Vilnius.
That said, we're open to remote in European timezones for someone really exceptional who can't relocate.

How to apply
Shoot us an email to uku@handhold.io with a paragraph of why you're interested in applying.
Our process is simple: first, you'll have a conversation with both founders to get to know each other. If we think there's a fit, we'll run a paid 1-day work trial where we work on something meaningful together in our actual codebase. If we're both happy after that, we move to an offer.
If what we're working on speaks to you but we're not hiring for your skillset right now, feel free to still drop us a note at uku@handhold.io
