Smarter agents, faster demos

We've moved all Handhold agents to the latest generation of AI models, and gave demos a dedicated speed and quality pass.

• Smarter agents everywhere. Inbound Q&A, Onboarding, and Demo agents now run on a newer, more capable model. In our evaluations they answer questions more accurately, stay better grounded in your actual product and materials, and are more reliable about surfacing the right action (like booking a call) at the right moment.
• Faster demo conversations. We cut the pause between a visitor finishing their sentence and the agent responding. Typical responses start about 20% sooner, and the slowest responses (the ones that used to feel like the agent had frozen) are down by roughly 40%.
• Smoother conversation flow. Demo agents are better at keeping a conversation moving: they pick up naturally when a visitor goes quiet, and they no longer end a turn hanging on an announcement or a stack of questions.
