Session pages highlight where your agent let a visitor down

After each session, Handhold now marks the moments where your agent let the visitor down, so you can review those moments instead of reading every transcript. They're listed under Highlights at the top of the session page, after the summary.

• Agent error. The agent contradicted your knowledge base, or led the visitor through your product without getting them where they wanted.
• Knowledge gap. The visitor asked about your product and the agent couldn't answer. Adding the answer to your knowledge closes the gap.
• In the transcript. Each highlight is marked next to the agent's reply it's about. Hover the mark to see what happened, or click a highlight in the list to scroll to it.
• For connected agents. Agents you connect through MCP see the highlights on each session.

Sessions from before 30 October show their summary without highlights.
