After each session, Handhold now marks the moments where your agent let the visitor down, so you can review those moments instead of reading every transcript. They're listed under **Highlights** at the top of the session page, after the summary.

- **Agent error.** The agent contradicted your knowledge base, or led the visitor through your product without getting them where they wanted.
- **Knowledge gap.** The visitor asked about your product and the agent couldn't answer. Adding the answer to your knowledge closes the gap.
- **In the transcript.** Each highlight is marked next to the agent's reply it's about. Hover the mark to see what happened, or click a highlight in the list to scroll to it.
- **For connected agents.** Agents you connect through MCP see the highlights on each session.

Sessions from before 30 October show their summary without highlights.
