Simpler agent customisation, with voices by language

Agent identity used to take a detour through Personas: create one in settings, then assign it to an agent. We've removed the detour. Names, voices and personalities now live directly under each agent's Customisation tab.

• Everything in one place. Set the visitor-facing name, choose a personality and add custom tone or style instructions.
• Choose voices by language. Set a default English voice, with optional voices for German, French and Spanish.
• Preview before publishing. Play a voice test in the selected language from the same screen.
• Each agent is independent. Customise one agent without changing any others.

Your existing agent names, voices, personalities and custom instructions have been carried over automatically. The separate Personas settings page has been retired.

We're working on adding more languages. If there's a language or specific voice you'd like us to support, get in touch and tell us what you need.
