Agent identity used to take a detour through Personas: create one in settings, then assign it to an agent. We've removed the detour. Names, voices and personalities now live directly under each agent's **Customisation** tab.

- **Everything in one place.** Set the visitor-facing name, choose a personality and add custom tone or style instructions.
- **Choose voices by language.** Set a default English voice, with optional voices for German, French and Spanish.
- **Preview before publishing.** Play a voice test in the selected language from the same screen.
- **Each agent is independent.** Customise one agent without changing any others.

Your existing agent names, voices, personalities and custom instructions have been carried over automatically. The separate **Personas** settings page has been retired.

We're working on adding more languages. If there's a language or specific voice you'd like us to support, get in touch and tell us what you need.
