Embedded demo changes

Right now, there are three ways to include Handhold in your website:
- Embed
- Modal
- Inline demo
The embed and modal demos were very similar, but the embed demo had to start with some hardcoded content and asset. This came from our assumption that these would be used as high-traffic YouTube video replacements. However, over time we've gotten some feedback that the format is limiting, and customers have wanted to do other things with their embedded demo.
We've now simplified the system, so there are no functional differences between embedded and modal demos, just the presentation. This gives you more flexibility, for example, you can embed a demo that immediately asks a discovery question.
