Demos now end with the visitor's next step
· Marius Virbičianskas
When a demo ends, the agent now leaves the visitor one closing line built on what they told it, and puts the call to action that fits the conversation first. It works with the calls to action you have already set up, so there is nothing to configure.
- A closing line built on what the visitor said. The line picks up what the visitor asked about or said they wanted, in their own words, and offers the step that follows from it, in the language the session ran in. A visitor who wants to talk it through with your team is offered a call; one who wants to try it on their own is offered your sign-up.
- The call to action that fits, first. The one the line offers moves to the front. When the conversation doesn't point to any of them, for example because the visitor said very little, the line simply offers them and they keep the order you set.
- What we covered, when they want it. The summary of the session now sits under See what we covered, closed until the visitor opens it. It reads as a short recap of what they saw and the answers to their questions, and no longer describes buttons or suggests a next step. It's the same summary your automations can send to your CRM.
