Demo agents ask how the demo is going
· Sander Rõuk
Your Demo agent can now ask visitors "How's the demo going so far?" while the demo is still running, so you hear from visitors who leave before the end screen too.
- Asked at random, after the visitor has taken part. From the visitor's fifth message, your agent may show the question once, when the visitor pauses after it has finished speaking. The more the visitor has said, the likelier it is. Not every demo asks.
- One tap, then back to the demo. The question appears over the demo with the same Good and Not good buttons as the end screen, and closes as soon as the visitor picks one. Visitors can also just tell the agent how it's going, and anything they add about why is saved with their answer.
- One answer per demo. A visitor who answers during the demo isn't asked again on the end screen. A visitor who skips it is still asked when the demo ends, but isn't asked again in their next demos for an hour.
- On the session page. The transcript shows where in the demo the question was asked, so you can see whether the visitor answered it then, answered on the end screen, or didn't rate at all.
Answers given during the demo count the same as end-screen answers in the Visitor satisfaction card, the Feedback filter, exports, automations and MCP. Preview sessions ask too, so you can try it, but their answers stay out of your numbers.
