Slack messages now say who the visitor is and what they wanted

· Artur Jürgenson

Your Slack automations now post a message your team can act on straight away.

  • Who and what. Each message starts with who the visitor is and what they wanted, like "Sam from Acme asked about pricing", so the notification alone tells you whether to follow up.
  • How it went. Whether it's a new lead or a returning visitor, a short summary of the conversation and how they rated the session.
  • What they did. The outcomes they reached, such as booking a meeting, and the data you collect.
  • Where to look next. A link to the session in Handhold, followed by the automation's name.
