Your Slack automations now post a message your team can act on straight away.

- **Who and what.** Each message starts with who the visitor is and what they wanted, like "Sam from Acme asked about pricing", so the notification alone tells you whether to follow up.
- **How it went.** Whether it's a new lead or a returning visitor, a short summary of the conversation and how they rated the session.
- **What they did.** The outcomes they reached, such as booking a meeting, and the data you collect.
- **Where to look next.** A link to the session in Handhold, followed by the automation's name.
