Inferred fields from the conversation

28 May 2026 · Marius Virbičianskas

Agents can now fill out qualification fields on their own, by listening to the conversation instead of asking outright. Set an inferred field when designing the agent, and after each session we extract its value from the transcript, so you still capture the data, without forcing every prospect through a checklist.

  • Define what to infer. Add inferred fields alongside your regular qualification fields in the agent editor, with the same field types and option lists you already use.
  • Filled after the session. Values are extracted once the conversation ends and show up in your collected data next to fields the agent asked about directly.
  • Only when the answer is actually there. If the topic never came up, the field stays empty rather than being guessed.
