Authenticator app codes for shared accounts

Shared accounts that protect sign-in with an authenticator app now work with Handhold. When you connect a product with an email and password, choose Authenticator app code under multi-factor authentication and paste the setup key your product shows when enabling the authenticator, usually behind "can't scan the QR code". The agent generates the current code itself each time it signs in. A shared account uses either the authenticator app or the email verification codes it already supported, not both.

The key is stored encrypted like the account password and never shown again. To rotate it, enable a new authenticator in your product and save the new key on the shared account.
