Custom knowledge sources no longer have to be written one article at a time. Drop in documents and Handhold turns them into searchable content your agents can use.

• Use the files you already have. Upload PDF, Word, Markdown or plain-text documents.
• Bring over several at once. Drag files anywhere onto the upload area and Handhold works through them two at a time.
• Keep the source close. The original file stays attached to the article, so you can review the extracted content or download the document later.
