Session transcript and replay times now line up

The transcript and the replay on the session page now both count from the start of the session, such as 0:40 or 10:25. The transcript used to show the time of day, and the replay counted from the start of its recording. In voice sessions from this update on, each message is timed from when the visitor or agent starts speaking, so a moment in the transcript is at the same time in the replay.
