When the visitor wrote or said something, the top of the session page now says who they are and what they wanted, followed by a short summary of the conversation: the same text your Slack automations post.

- **In your automations.** The **Summary** session detail now sends this summary, in English, instead of the recap visitors see under **See what we covered**. Sessions where the visitor didn't write or say anything send no Summary, so check any CRM workflow that reads it.
- **In exports and connected agents.** The CSV export has `summary_headline` and `summary_text` columns, and agents you connect through MCP see the summary on each session.
