The session page keeps the replay and the transcript in the main column, and shows everything else about the session in cards beside them.

- **Visitor.** The visitor's email, a link to their visitor page, and the data the agent collected from them.
- **Session.** Duration, interactions, outcomes, and the visitor's feedback with their comment.
- **Automations.** What each automation left in your tools, such as a HubSpot contact you can open, with the automation's name under it, or why it failed or sent nothing.
- **Source.** The page the session started on and its UTM values.

The transcript now uses the full width of its column. **Copy link** in the header copies the session's address, so you can share it with your team.
