Link actions and CTAs can now carry what the agent has learned about the visitor. Map any of your data fields or UTM values to a URL parameter, and the link opens with those values already filled in. A booking page that reads the visitor's email from the URL, for example, can skip its form and route the visitor straight to the right person.

Set it up when editing a link under your agent's Outcomes tab. Add a parameter, choose the Handhold field or UTM value, and enter the parameter name your destination expects. Values the agent has not collected yet are simply left out.
