Connecting Slack is now more private. When you connect, Slack itself asks where Handhold should post, you pick a channel right on the consent screen, and it's immediately available as a destination for your automations.

- **Pick your channel as you connect.** The channel you choose on Slack's consent screen works right away, no extra setup.
- **Invite the app to add more.** Want lead alerts somewhere else too? Invite the Handhold app to that channel in Slack and it appears in the automation's destination picker.
- **No workspace-wide access.** Handhold only sees and posts to channels you've explicitly given it. Channels it hasn't been invited to stay completely out of reach.

If you connected Slack before this change, everything keeps working as it is. To move your workspace to the narrower permissions, disconnect and reconnect Slack from **Connections**. You'll get the new channel picker on the way back in.
