Shared demo accounts protected by a verification code sent over email now work out of the box. Enable multi-factor authentication on an email & password account under **Product access**, and we generate a dedicated inbox address for it. Set that address as the demo account's email (or forward its verification emails there), and the agent reads the one-time code and finishes signing in on its own. This works both for fresh logins and for the automatic session refresh that keeps your demos ready to go.
