Your Inbound Q&A and Onboarding agents now speak 13 more languages, so more of your visitors can get answers and guidance in the language they're most comfortable with.

- **13 new languages:** Azerbaijani, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Georgian, Greek, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, and Ukrainian, on top of the languages we already support.
- **Fully localized:** both the agent's replies and the chat interface adapt to the visitor's language.
- **Simple to enable:** choose the language in your agent settings or pass it in from your site; no extra setup needed.
