Every product has its own language: names, acronyms, and terms that generic speech recognition tends to mishear or mispronounce. You can now teach your voice agents your vocabulary, right from the dashboard.

- **Custom vocabulary.** Add your product, company, and industry terms so the agent understands them correctly when visitors say them.
- **Pronunciations.** Spell out exactly how the agent should say specific words, phoneme by phoneme, so it never fumbles your brand name.
- **Applies automatically.** Find both under Customisation → Vocabulary; changes take effect from the agent's next voice conversation.
